Where you can lend a hand

  • As a Business Development Manager you are constantly looking for new ideas for our portfolio.
  • In the focus on cooperations you will mainly deal with the companies that would like to cooperate with us and those that we should definitely cooperate with.
  • You independently process cooperation requests and develop decision documents for our management.
  • In emerging cooperations you are the contact person for our cooperation partners and develop the cooperation at least until it is profitable. You also pay special attention to the internal structures of our company and check which conditions we have to create for further success.
  • You also check whether and how existing cooperations can be optimized.
  • This position can be performed 100% from the home office. So you don't necessarily have to live in Thuringia or the surrounding area to work for us.
  • Part-time employment is also possible, but it would be ideal if you could dedicate at least 30 hours of your time to us each week.

What you should bring along

  • You have a (very) good degree in a commercially oriented course of study (e.g. business administration) or in a scientific-technical course of study with demonstrable knowledge of marketing and sales.
  • You are a very strong communicator and even negotiations with managing directors don't make you sweat.
  • You regularly demonstrate both your creativity and the right nose for interesting projects.
  • Just like us, you are a team player with a strong hands-on mentality - dirty hands are part of everyday work for us in all positions.
  • Even in complex situations, you keep a cool head and make the right decisions confidently and pragmatically, not shying away from mistakes.
  • First contact with the software industry is helpful, but not a must.

  • You plan, expand and maintain projects for our partners.
  • You design and implement engaging user interfaces for mobile devices and desktops.
  • You analyze requirements and develop software solutions for future projects.

You...

  • you are studying computer science or a related field of study.
  • are available at least 12 hours per week.
  • besitzt Programmiererfahrung idealerweise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML und CSS.
  • already have some experience with Vue.js (or want to learn it).
  • want to participate in the full software development cycle - from conception to deployment.
  • possesses a quick perception, a high willingness to learn and contributes with a lot of commitment and own suggestions.
  • are a team player with strong communication skills, a structured way of working and show independence and patience when solving problems.
  • have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
